Communications Blackout: Make a Use Computers Check DC 15, upon success all communications devices within 12 squares are nonfunctional unless the user states they may work. (example, you can block enemy communication, but not your allies if you so choose, maybe you hate your team and want them to in the dark, who knows).
Overheat: Target a energy weapon within 12 squares, Make a Use Computers Check vs the wielder of the weapon, upon success, target weapon overheats and will not fire for 2 rounds. Unattended weapons automatically fail the will save.
Multi-Overheat: Same as Overheat but may target up to 3 weapons, use the same use computers check for each. prerequisites; Overheat.
Subdue: Target a Droid or Synthetic within 6 squares with line of sight, and make a use computer check against their will defense, upon success move target one level down the condition track, for every 5 points you beat their Will defense by move them an additional level down the condition track.
Dominate: Target a Droid or Synthetic within 6 squares with line of sight, make a use computer check against their will save, upon success the target treats you as friendly for 30 seconds. prerequisites: Subdue.
